8/06 What do you do when Twitter blows up.

Twitter has been destroyed by terrorists today. So what have you been doing during the downtime? I registered for Friend Feed (which I don't understand at all) and then desided to start giving the forum some new love.
 How bout you?

I try to gain the #1 bumper spot of your songs on t61 and keep running out of these things called "hearts" ... other than than, looking for the hot tub.

How does that radio bump thing work?  I get posts with "radio bump" etc, and I'm all "huh.  that's cool.  whatever that means".

It's a listener thing - listener accounts all have radios that play the songs saved under that account ... listeners get these achievements and point bonuses for reaching certain milestones of how many times their radios have been listened to, or "bumped." "Bump" is a carry-over from when the site used to be about "bumping" a song instead of this thing with hearts ... a lot of the veterans (including me) miss the bump system, which the owners recently vanquished from existence.

Anyway, a "radio bump" is a friendly thing to do for a fellow listener to help them reach their next radio achievement - I hope that all made sense.

Hiya, Paul ... sorry for the late reply - just got back from a week-long vacation in San Diego. That is actually me painted on a leg, although I really just 'shopped it on her leg as a weird experiment.
